Article 1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
SNOWPIPE Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) processes personal information for the following purposes:
Providing and operating the Service, maintaining game functions, and providing customer support.
Verifying that Users meet the minimum age requirement and applying protections for minor Users.
Delivering and measuring advertisements, reflecting consent status, and preventing advertising fraud.
Analyzing Service use, diagnosing errors, improving stability, and improving game content and balance.
Handling inquiries, purchase verification, privacy requests, disputes, and legal obligations.
Article 2. Categories of Personal Information Processed
The Company may process the following information in connection with the Service.

Game progress is generally stored locally on the User’s device. The Company does not directly collect full payment-card or bank-account details.
Third-party SDK and platform providers may process IP addresses, approximate country or region, device information, advertising identifiers, and app activity information under their own privacy policies.
Article 3. Methods of Collecting Personal Information
Information entered by the User during age screening, consent, customer support, or other Service use.
Information automatically generated while the User uses the Service.
Information processed through advertising, analytics, diagnostics, consent-management, and app-market SDKs or services.
Information provided by the User through email or another customer support channel.
Article 4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company retains personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Article 5. Destruction of Personal Information
1. The Company deletes or de-identifies personal information without undue delay when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved.
2. Electronic files are deleted using methods designed to make recovery difficult.
3. Information required by law is stored separately and destroyed after the applicable retention period.
4. Local Game Data may be removed by deleting the app, clearing app data, or using a reset or deletion feature provided in the Service.
Article 6. Third-Party Disclosure of Personal Information
1. The Company does not sell Users’ personal information and does not disclose it outside the scope described in this Policy except in the following cases:
Where the User has given prior consent.
Where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Where a lawful request is made by a court, investigative agency, administrative authority, or other competent authority.
Where information is processed by an SDK, platform, or service provider to provide advertising, analytics, diagnostics, consent management, app-market functions, or other functions requested by the User.
Article 7. Processing Entrustment and Third-Party SDKs
The Service may use the following providers and services. The exact configuration may vary by platform and released build.

Each provider may process information under its own privacy policy. The Company will update this Policy when the released build’s material SDK configuration changes.
Article 8. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
Information may be transferred outside the User’s country when global advertising, analytics, diagnostics, consent-management, or app-market services are used.

Article 9. Advertising Identifiers and Personalized Advertising
1. Advertising identifiers may be processed for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, reward verification, and fraud prevention.
2. Where consent is required, the Company may use a consent-management tool such as Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
3. On iOS, Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is used for tracking only where App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission has been granted.
4. Users may reset advertising identifiers or limit personalized advertising and tracking through device settings.
5. Personalized advertising and advertising-identifier tracking may be restricted for Users aged sixteen (16) or seventeen (17), depending on applicable law, platform policy, region, and the Company’s settings.
Article 10. Protection of Users Under 18
1. The Service is intended only for Users aged sixteen (16) or older.
2. The Company may request date-of-birth information to verify eligibility. Users identified as under sixteen (16) are restricted from entering the Service.
3. Where the age-screening design processes the full date of birth only on the device, the Company processes only an eligibility result or age-range value rather than the full date of birth.
4. Users aged sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) may receive additional protections for advertising, tracking, and personal-information processing under applicable law and platform policy.
5. If the Company learns that personal information of a User under sixteen (16) was collected in error, it will delete or de-identify the information without undue delay unless retention is legally required.
Article 11. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Subject to applicable law, Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, objection, or data portability.

The Company may request reasonable information, such as a User UID or purchase receipt, to verify the requester and prevent fraudulent requests.
Article 12. Security Measures
The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, secure transmission, minimization of access rights, security updates, vendor management, and internal handling procedures. No mobile or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Article 13. External Services and Third-Party Privacy Policies
Advertisements and links in the Service may connect to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. Their information-processing practices are governed by their own privacy policies, and the Company does not control services it does not operate.

The Company may amend this Policy to reflect changes in law, Service functions, personal-information processing, SDK configuration, advertising settings, or app-market policies. Material changes will be announced through the Service or a designated webpage, and separate consent will be obtained where required.
